Seat-Stealing Gaston
Don’t get up without a way to save your seat!
We had been looking for a puppy for several months to no avail. We turned to PAWS hoping to find a good boy, and find one we did! It was love at first sight when we saw Gaston, even though during our first meet and greet he was more interested in the cheese than us. Even then he had a big personality, and it’s only gotten bigger.
While Gaston has many lovable quirks, we’ve always gotten a laugh out of his seat-stealing tendencies. It’s become a habit in our household to leave a placeholder whenever you get up, otherwise when you return there will be a 90 lb dog in your spot on the couch (sometimes even if you do put something down, he’ll just use it as a pillow). He also loves pillows in general, and will rest his head on anything nearby, whether it’s an actual pillow or your lap.
